Anne Ardzi

Anne Ardzi is a trainer, mentor, and Mental Wealth Architect with over 13 years of experience helping women grow in mindset, healing, and success. She started her career in tech, leading a women-owned software company for 8 years before discovering her true passion—training and supporting women. Since 2012, she has guided thousands of women, including entrepreneurs and asnaf single mothers, to find their voice, strength, and purpose.

In 2024, Anne stepped deeper into mental wellness as a Mental Health Support Worker, committed to making healing accessible through a mix of science and faith.
In 2025, she launched Thy Me Time, a movement bringing mental wellness programs to homes, workplaces, and masjids. The initiative is officially launched by the Minister of Religious Affairs on 4 May 2025, with strong support from MAIWP, JAWP, and the Mufti of Wilayah Persekutuan.
Anne works closely with Ustaz Zainal Abidin, Syariah Advisor for Thy Me Time and Dr. Siti Nordiana Dollah, Consultant Psychiatrist. Together, they blend psychology, neuroscience, and Islamic knowledge into practical tools for real-life change.
